Erin Hunter, Attorney and Founding Partner

Erin Hunter is an experienced attorney specializing in Real Estate, Land Use, Construction, and Business. After graduating from Bowdoin College, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado in 2000. Her work includes an extensive background in addressing complex construction and real estate transactions and in assisting small business owners throughout their initial start ups and evolutions, and as they merge or transfer and sell their company interests. She also works in the conservation easement field. She currently collaborates with landowner and business clients throughout its mountain and rural communities.

Erin is a past volunteer with Salida Mountain Trails and has served on the Board of Directors of the Land Trust of the Upper Arkansas and the Breckenridge Open Space Advisory Commission. An active native Coloradan, Erin moved to Salida in 2015 and enjoys enjoys stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, yoga, travel, and quality time with her dog Sadie.
