Danny Teodoru, Attorney and Founding Partner
Colorado mountain towns are unique places – and not just because of the spectacular backdrop and recreational amenities abound. A vital part of any mountain community are the hearty people who have forged a life there, the culture that develops because of those people, and the relationships built within that community.
Breckenridge, the best mountain town in Colorado, has been Danny’s home for 2 decades. The relationships he has built over that time, and his appreciation and understanding of Summit County, as a place and as a culture, lie at the core of his practice.
After a dozen years working in the Office of the Summit County Attorney, Danny has spent the last 6 years in the private sector, striving to guide clients through that local culture in the areas of Land Use and Development, Real Estate, Business, Non-profit and common interest community entities, and Municipal Law. Danny’s practice ranges through a wide array of civil fields, and includes both transactional work and litigation.
In his free time, he can be found out on the trails or on the snow, coaching his son’s football team, working in community and non-profit endeavors, and participating in long distance biking and running races.
